After your first bioresonance therapy, you will receive a detailed report providing insight into your body’s current energetic state. This report is designed to highlight potential toxins and allergens that may be triggering your system, as well as any insufficiencies in amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
It also explores emotional patterns or aspects that may be coming to the surface, offering a more holistic view of your wellbeing. In addition, the report will suggest favourable plants and natural supports that may help nourish and rebalance the areas of the body that have been addressed during the session.
You will also receive a personalised list of foods that may help nourish and support your body, along with a top five list of foods that may be best reduced or avoided, based on how your body responds to them.
This personalised overview aims to give you a clearer understanding of your body’s needs, support you in making informed choices moving forward, and suggest supportive dietary, lifestyle or wellness practices. Many clients leave feeling more cantered, relaxed, and more attuned to their body’s natural rhythms.
Following your initial, discovery session in bioresonance therapy, we generally recommend a minimum of three additional sessions to support the body’s rebalancing process. As this approach is gentle and non-invasive, it works progressively, allowing the body time to adjust and restore its internal functions and processes.
In more acute or complex situations, further sessions may be beneficial. Up to a maximum of ten sessions can be carried out consecutively, depending on individual needs. After completing a course of sessions, we recommend taking a break of approximately one month to allow the body to integrate and respond fully to the therapy.
